Description: This is the first vintage of our rosé to see some Mourvedre blended in with the Grenache we've been using exclusively for years now. Inspired by the wines of the Provençal region of France, the combo of these grapes accentuates summery notes of strawberry, tart cherry, watermelon, citrus, fresh herbs and minerals. This combo should even further the ageability of this wine. Both vineyard's proximity to the Pacific Ocean lend a unique salinity to the wine. A rosè to contemplate.

Vinification: Whole cluster pressed, directly off skins with no cold soak. Naturally fermented dry in Flex Tank. Aged sur lie for 5 months.
