Due to the perishable nature of our craft beer and food products, we cannot accept returns on consumables, but we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your apparel and merchandise. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is a non-perishable good, such as glassware or apparel, and remains in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our fulfillment team with your order number and a brief description of the issue, including photos if the item arrived damaged during transit.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Once authorized, pack your merchandise securely and ship it back to our Asheville taproom using the provided return label or a carrier of your choice.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After we inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a digital gift card within 5-7 business days.
